ABOUT THE EVENT:
Q: Are tickets still available?
Skillz & Drillz and The Retreat are sold out but we still have a handful of conference and post conference workshop tickets available HERE.
Q: I am a doula, can I come?
We welcome all who want to expand their knowledge and skill surrounding birth work, and creating a better future for families. Some of the items may be advanced, but if you come with an open mind and open heart, we think you will LOVE it!
Q: My state law doesn’t allow me to do some of what you are leading in the Skillz & Drillz, should I still come?
We believe that a skill is never wasted. While you might not use all of the skills you learn today, you may very well use them in the future, if regulations change or you move. Also, the Skillz & Drillz stations are by choice, so you can choose which hands-on training is right for you exactly where you are in your education and practice journey.
Q: What are all the topics during the conference?
We care about helping to create balanced, sustainable, smart, exceptional midwives! Therefore, we have speaker topics in all facets of life: Advocacy, Business, Clinical, & Self-Care. To read each individual topic title, click HERE.
Q: What items do I need to bring to be successful?
Just you, your open heart & mind, and your best note taking or data storing device/notebook! Plus, any clothing, personal items, or spending money that you need. Please remember that this is Denver in November and prepare accordingly.
Q: Can I bring my family?
Tickets to the events are per person. If your partner would like to attend, they will need to purchase a ticket as well. Breast/chest feeding children in attendance only.
Q: What meals will be included?
All meals during the conference are included in your ticket price. You are responsible for any meals during Skillz & Drillz, snacks, and meals decided to be taken off property during the conference. We are working to offer a wide variety of culinary options.
COMMUNICATION:
Q: Will the experience be inclusive?

Additionally, we will have individual community rooms for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ people to share space and spend uninterrupted quality time together.
